Configuring Word to paste copied text in plain text format
Remember the frustration that you had when you copied content from external documents and pasted them in Word. Word retains original formatting and you have to slog your way to remove that formatting.
In another scenario you are aware that you need to remove all formatting of the content before you insert content in Word. Therefore, you take all the trouble to insert the content in Notepad and then copy it back to Word. Or, you use the Paste Special > Text feature to remove the formatting and insert plain text in Word.
How about if you can eliminate all these steps and achieve the same results when you paste the content in Word. You can force Word to paste any content in Text by changing some values. Which values?
Look at the video I just uploaded that explains how to configure Word so that any content that you paste is in plain text format.
